Amazon Alexa’s TikTok launched its account summer of 2021 with a highly enthusiastic community and beloved fans of the AI. Our goal was to engage and create brand love for Alexa (the AI - device agnostic) with the Gen Z and Younger Millennial audiences.
The objective and purpose of the account was to create the first AI-POV TikTok Account that helped to personify and bring to life the fun, quirky, and helpful AI personality.
In order to achieve the right tone, persona, topics to create content off of, I employed a series of tests to best understand its peak performance (achieving reach, engagement, views). See progression down below.
