SOAR is an Internet Capital Markets (ICM) Launchpad where anyone can access investing in early-stage companies.

What is an ICM?

An Internet Capital Market (ICM) refers to a digitally native, on-chain marketplace that connects capital (investors, liquidity providers, token buyers) with innovation (projects, protocols, startups), similar to how traditional capital markets connect companies with investors, but built entirely on blockchain infrastructure.

What it is:

In a sea of untrustworthy and short-term minded platforms where the capital formation, trading and ownership are dubious, SOAR aims to debunk this and bring trannsparancy to this system.

It aims to create an ecosystem layer that sits above launchpads, exchanges, and protocols that act like a decentralized investment and distribution hub for digital assets and companies.

My Role:

1. Create a new brand narrative that stood out in the crowded crypto ICM Marketplace that was credible, trustworthy, yet leaned into the crypto culture of “fun”

2. Create a visual brand direction stemming from the insight that Launchpads are extracting value just like Airlines do. We want to bring forth the days where Airlines provided value and maximized their experiences for their customers. SOAR wants to do the same with the state of the Launchpad industry.

3. Craft a GTM strategy leveraging KOL, paid media, custom content, website, and community marketing to jumpstart the growth and announcement of the platform.

4. Develop social + content strategy for remote social media team to jumpstart content output and scale the core team’s time.

5. Project Manage announcement timeline and all deliverables from cross-functional teams

Results:

• A cohesive narrative and positioning in the ICM marketplace

• A scalable visual brand identity, leveraging future-nostalgia tinged Airline Company

• GTM strategy to solidify its place amongst the competition (Heaven, Believe, Echo)
