Hashflow as the original intent-based DEX (RFQ model), but as of March 2024, the DEX evolved into an aggregator built natively on Arbitrum.

What it is:

  • Intent-based aggregator (we called this product Aggregator+) that combines Hashflow’s innovative RFQ DEX model with an aggregator that offers deep liquidity, high token availability, and the best prices on Arbitrum

  • Top-notch liquidity and pricing due to the Aggregator+'s intent-based smart order routing technology that scours the entirety of DeFi to secure the best deal for your trades.

My Role:

As Head of Marketing, I steered

  • Overall timeline for pre-launch, launch, and sustain sequencing - overseeing all elements of the GTM plan, which included:

    • Co-Marketing with the Top ARB DEXes (Trader Joe, Lighter) and Arbitrum Foundation

    • Owned Content, including leading our newsletter, blog post, website and twitter strategy

    • Influencer/KOL campaign - comprising of 10 Arbitrum trading influencers to share content and news about us over a 3 month period. Resulting in:

      • 9% ER on all blended content on Twitter

      • +300K impressions across all posts

      • $71 acquisition cost for all acquired users

    • Oversaw the Arbitrum incentive campaign

    • Lead the creative development of Arbtirum campaign’s mascot, managing design, E-Team approvals and execution
