#BUILTBYGIRLS SOCIAL STRATEGY: Over a course of 2 months. I trained, educated, and executed with the BBG Team to work on the three projects stated below and bring them to life

My Roles:

  • Audience Research & Recommendations: Hosted 18 girls over a course of 2 days. We utilized the insights to confirm and inform us of our current social, brand, and content strategy.

    • 4 different focus groups

    • 18 girls from 13-20 years old

  • Micro-Influencer Program: Recruited 16 girls and professionals to be part of our social campaign for WAVE signups. The IG campaign began from 8/6 - ended on 8/17.

    • 13 Participants (Advisors & Advisees) sharing tangible advice in their IG posts with BBG branded swag (16.5K+ Engagement)

    • 11 BBG team member participants (1800+ Engagement)

    • 38 Posts in 2 weeks

    • 70 Sign Ups to the WAVE platform

  • Social Strategy & Execution: Worked with graphic design to pivot the content strategy, aesthetic, and the range of topics we cover. Crafted a KPI dashboard to monitor and track social activities.

    • 20,812 → 23,683 Followers (11.81%)
