Audience Research & Recommendations: Hosted 18 girls over a course of 2 days. We utilized the insights to confirm and inform us of our current social, brand, and content strategy.

Micro-Influencer Program: Recruited 16 girls and professionals to be part of our social campaign for WAVE signups. The IG campaign began from 8/6 - ended on 8/17.
13 Participants (Advisors & Advisees) sharing tangible advice in their IG posts with BBG branded swag (16.5K+ Engagement)
11 BBG team member participants (1800+ Engagement)

Social Strategy & Execution: Worked with graphic design to pivot the content strategy, aesthetic, and the range of topics we cover. Crafted a KPI dashboard to monitor and track social activities.
