MUJI USA - Website & Email Redesign

MUJI tasked me to lead the redesign of the old website. The task was to overhaul the old website to improve user experience, shoppability, and searchability. We wanted to also update it to a sleek contemporary design that gives the brand's website a chance to resonate with our design savvy customers.

My Role:

  • Project manage the development of the new website functionalities and design process with developers and operations teams

  • Analyze key website metrics and customer behavior to inform our site design and experiences

  • Manage agencies for developing future site designs, iterations, and concepts

  • Create content (banner images, POP) and write copy for product information and shop pages
