Nike Trainer & College Ambassador Program

Task: Create networks on the East Coast to represent Nike Training division within the trainer and college communities.
Retain and recruit top trainer talent for the Nike Women East Training team through the lens of college students and trainers.
Results: Proliferated the Nike Brand on the East Coast through influencer and word-of-mouth marketing through these brand ambassadors.
Trainers
Managed 33 Nike Trainers on the East Coast, ensuring that they were qualified (Certifications)
Receive regional feedback on training landscape in their key markets (ranged in 6 different cities, New York, Atlanta, DC, Westport, Miami, Boston)
Provided the latest Nike Product monthly to wear at their studios/gyms so that they can best represent the latest and greatest that Nike had to offer
College Ambassadors
Create a college ambassador program to create brand presence in the New York college market
Recruited 16 College Ambassadors to represent the Nike Training brand on campus
Hosted monthly training sessions, product overviews and inclusion within consumer focus groups and events
Successfully retained ambassadors for the first year and sustained ambassadors for the subsequent years - program is still intact
Provided the latest Nike Product seasonally to wear at their studios/gyms so that they can best represent the latest and greatest that Nike had to offer
Train the Trainer event for the Nike Trainers - an annual gathering of all Nike Trainers to get a deep dive into the brand as well as get an overview of new year's goals and mission as a Training division
College Ambassador Program - Monthly assignments as well as involvement with recruiting other girls for events were some of the necessary requirements for the ambassadors.
