Piaget Heritage Exhibit in LA Boutique: To pre-heat the LA Market in preparation for our LA event and new high jewelry product, Piaget showcased a small collection of their archival products to drive traffic to the store to view our latest collection and build brand sentiments.

  • To activate the market with new customers, I engaged local partners:

    • Rodeo Drive Committee

    • Local Hotels

    • Tour Guides

  • To engage our engaged and familiar customers, I launched:

    • Target social media campaign to garner leads where customers can book appointments to visit

    • Deploy targeted email in the LA region (see below)

My Roles:

  • Oversee all partnerships and relationships between key partners

  • Create copy, creative for email newsletter

  • Manage media agency and refine targeting for paid social ads

  • Create invitation create to be printed and distributed at key hotels

  • Liaise with customers and boutique to confirm appointments and offer a unique experience (champagne, gifts, and talking points)

Results:

  • Fostered boutique relationships with local partners for key market:

    • The Peninsula, Montage, Luxe Hotel and the Rodeo Drive Committee

  • Customer Acquisition: 69

    • Through targeted social media activities

    • Confirmed our assumptions that our idealized customer profile was the audience who engaged with us the most

    • Landed at $115 cost per acquisition

    • Generated 2 sales - allowing us to have an ROI on our investments

ROLE: Freelance Marketing & Communications Manager for the US business.(5 months)

As a Marketing & Communications Manager, my role was to:

  • Oversee media for all US Media plan, activities, and budget for digital, paid, and wholesale partners

  • Manage Media Agency (Mediacom) to oversee all digital and printed media for the brand

  • Host brand event and activations in store and for brand image events (both brand owned and co-sponsored / partnered - i.e. Neiman Marcus)

  • Project manage all elements of marketing for Piaget (events, paid media, social media content, instore activations)
